Business Accounts
For ease of ordering and the fastest service possible, we offer you the option of establishing a Business Account with us. Companies that provide satisfactory financial statements along with banking and personal references may be approved for an established credit line for more buying power.
Buy Now – Pay Later
From time to time, Flat Rock Bagging offers special promotional financing (Buy Now – Pay Later) to its customers. During promotion period, no payments are required and first payment is not due until the end of stated promotional period.
Returned Goods If there is a need to return merchandise, please contact the Accounts Receivable department for return authorization. The following are guidelines that will help insure that all requests for return remain reasonable and fair, and are handled promptly.

Authorization must be issued for the return of new, saleable, or damaged merchandise prior to the return.

All returns must be accompanied by a Flat Rock Bagging invoice dated within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Clerical, handling, and other processing costs make it necessary for us to charge a 15% restocking charge and deduct any freight or discount allowance.

All special order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
At Flat Rock Bagging’s discretion, returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for refund.
